i have a extra molar coming up and its hidden under the flesh do i need to remove it?

Q. Hi, I have a extra molar coming up at the end. Its hidden under the flesh, has not caused any problem till now. Do I need to have it removed?

A. If it causes problems it might need to be removed, i would keep it as clean as possible and see what happens or consult your dentist
