I had toothache in my molar but now it has suddenly stopped. X-rays find nothing. What should I do?

Q. I have had toothache in my upper rear molars so much so I agreed to have a crowned molar extracted. Now three months later I had excructating pain in my back molar whilst I was away but stuck it out by taking very strong pain killers until I got home .I stopped the tablets 36 hrs ago woke up on the day of making an appointment to find the pain has gone and so far no repeat X rays have been inconclusive. Your advice would really be appreciated sincerely ,
A. Hi I am sorry to hear about your circumstance but a full examination is required in this case to make a diagnosis.
