I had pain during the treatment that was really bad afterwards.

Now a month on and my teeth have become really sensitive again. I have changed my normal whitening toothpaste to a sensitive whitening toothpaste but don’t know what else to do. It has become very uncomfortable and I’m finding it difficult to fall asleep at night.
