I had my teeth cleaned at the dentist and now they’re chipped! How can I fix them?

Q. hi.i had a dental cleaning two weeks ago,day after i had my dental cleaning ,my friends were asking me what i have done to my teeth.one of my front teeth is chipped about one millimeter and about 5,6 other teeth have smaller chip.how can dental cleaning damage tooth and is there any way to fix this please.,
A. hi it is extremely unlikely that dental cleaning will damage your tooth. the likely cause of what you are describing is thin enamel at the tip of the teeth due to wear this can be easily fixed with dental bonding

I dont think so cleaning removed the debris and bacteria from teeth to help preserve them.
