I had braces to correct my bottom teeth but my front teeth are protruding what are the options

Q. Hi, I had braces to correct overcrowding in my bottom teeth when I was 16. After the treatment I noticed my upper two front teeth were protuding slightly. However, the orthodontist I was with didn’t seem keen to carry out any more treatment. I am now 22 and feel unhappy that my front teeth are sticking out. I was just wondering what the options might be. Thank you.

A. You could consider a quick solution using an Inman Aligner. This removable appliance can work very quickly and is very easy to  wear.
