I had braces as a teenager and have lovely straight teeth

Q. Hi, I had braces as a teenager and have lovely straight teeth, but recently due to immune deficiency related early onset periodontal disease I had to have periodontal treatment. Due to gum recession following the treatment I now have a gap between my front teeth just at the top where the gum used to extend down between my teeth. Is there any orthodontic treatment that would be suitable to reduce the size of the gap at the top of my front teeth?

A. Unfortunately not
