I had a fake tooth put in 15 years ago, but it is now receding. Can this tooth be fixed to make my smile normal again?

Q. One of my front tooth was knocked out 15 years ago and was replaced. However, it is now receeding and I sort of look like i have had a stroke on the right side of my face. Can this tooth be fixed to make a smile and face look normal again?,
A. could be but difficult to say without examining the mouth.
