Q. i am on income support. i cannot afford to pay private for braces. i am 21. i have fairly straight teeth, however i have a baby tooth that has not come out and wont budge. i have an adult tooth behind the baby tooth on my bottom jaw, the tooth 1 back from my canine. can i get an exempt certificate as it is causing a lot of pain now. the orthodentist i went to said that the adult tooth will not move into line on its own because of my age n i would need braces. help!,
