A.
Hi Treatment carried out electively or to a very high aesthetic standard is often not available on the NHS so it’s probably something you may need to have done with a cosmetic dentist if your requirements are that it ends up looking extremely natural.

My advice would be that you go to a cosmetic debntist who has a lot of experience in dealing with dental phobia so that you not only get the very best advice from an aesthetic standpoint , but also that they can manage your fears as well

Hope that helps

I haven’t been to the dentist in years and years, since countless bad experiences with the drill and not enough painkiller… my fear of needles hardly helped either. Because of this I have one tooth which is almost gone andwhich is also an abscess, and two other teeth which have cracked with halffalling off to reveal the core of my tooth which has slowly receded, almost to the root in one case. You can imagine the pain I have suffered from these teeth and therefore can image how much more frightened of that damned drill I am. I apologise for the preamble, my question is this; what would itcost to be sedated and have one tooth (or rather the remnant of one tooth)removed and the other two crowned. I am an ex-student and am not rolling in money but this really needs to be sorted. Thanks

Hello,. I have been told that the crown I have at the front (it’s not one of the front 2 but one next to it) has an absess at the bass and the tooth needs to come out and that as I have crowns on either side an implant would be best as a denture would not hold. Nina, my dentist, has said I will need to be referred and that the consultation isC2A390 and that the implant would be C2A32000. Your information says you give a free consultation, is this correct.

A lower molar tooth which had a crown fitted fell out, the dentist drilledthe remaining tooth away below gum level and fitted a crown with a post secured by cement. after two months this crown fell out and was then told as this was unsuccessful the remaining tooth would have to be extracted. I would like to know if you could advise me if anything else could be done with this tooth to save it being removed.
