I am undergoing a wisdom tooth extraction on monday

Q. I am undergoing a wisdom tooth extraction on monday and have opted for IV sedation. I am worried but do not know why. I know I won’t feel pain because of the local anesthetic and may not remember the procedure because of the amnesic affect of the sedative. What can I expect from IV sedation?

A. Hi,
sedation has a relaxing calming affect and also ensures a good sleep afterwards

id enjoy it
and you will hardly remember a thing
