i am not happy with the porcelain veneers fitted am i legally required to continue payment
Q. Hi. I recently had 6 upper porcelain veneers fitted. I am not happy with them. They are extremely uncomfortable, and the dentist is refusing to believe this. My lips are straining so much, it looks like I will have to go to another dentist for them to be adjusted or possibly redone. I am paying monthly on a finance plan. Considering that the dentist is refusing to listen to me, am I legally required to continue with the payments? I would much prefer to visit a dentist who is willing to listen to me. Something has to be done as I am far too uncomfortable. What would happen if I simply stopped the payments and sought another dentist? I would be grateful for any advice. Thank you
A. The discomfort you are having – basically, should not be happening!
If the dentist you have had the treatment with is refusing to listen to you, then you are obliged to ask for a second opinion – either at the same practice- or with another dentist. I would be happy to see you myself at kissdental for my opinion. You shouldn’t be suffering.
