I am having pain from my root canal and i want to straighten my teeth, what should I do?

Q.
I had a root canal just under a year ago and have just started to experience pain in the same area. Does this mean i will have to lose my toot? what are my options ane the cost?

I also have one of my font teeth that sits further back than the rest and looks slanted. it makes me look like i have a gap or missing tooth. What would be my options and what cost am i looking at?

A.
Dear Enquirer,
Regarding the root filled tooth, you can continue to get symptoms from a root filled tooth, even over a long period of time, depending on how you respond to the root filling. I would advise you to get this tooth xrayed and ask your dentist to have a good look at it. If it is problmatic, you may need a re root treament, or in extreme cases, the tooth may need to be extracted.
If you have crooked teeth then you have two options, a course of braces or some veneers. I cannot give you costs as I cannot see the extent of the work required.
