I am going though menopause and I have a Metallic taste everyday what can I do my dentist
Q. Please help Had several dental procedures form Jan including deep scaling of upper and lower with 3 white fillings Take no Rxs and in good help but in menopause at 50 last dental in Jan last period in Jan CONCERN>>> have Metallic taste everyday what can I do my dentist has no idea nor doctor YOUR thoughts would be apprieciated
A. I have come across this symptom of a metallic taste before and it does seem to affect post menopausal woman. It might be worth asking your dentist or Gp to refer you to your local oral surgery specialist to be checked over although it is normally nothing to worry about
