Q. a few of my top front teeth feel odd, sort of like a hot cold sensation with out the sharp pain. One tooth in particular (second to the right) feels as though it wriggles ever so slightly, but movement isn’t visible. Looking myself there is no dark decay between my teeth, or on the backs, no odd discoloration on these teeth at all in fact. I saw a previous question similar, and you said it was the tooth wriggling in the socket. I was just wondering if it’s makes a difference that I’m having this strange tingly sensation as well? I’m only 18 and don’t want to lose any of my teeth. I was told it may be my sinus’s acting up but I wanted to ask a professional.,
