I am 54 years old and i am not sure if i am qualified for a free prescription charge?

Q. I have to take blood pressure tablets as prescription prices seems to be going up and up I am not sure if I qualify for free prescription charge as I have to pay every 4 weeks for two items I am 54 years of age and still working.
