Q. Sir… 1) recently i discovered a small dot of brownish color in 2nd last tooth of lower jaw in right side..it is sensitive meaning..i can feel air passing via it…but i dont feel much harm at time of eating anything hot or cold..i think its just he beginning of cavity..i m 19 years old..can u suggest me
