How much will lingual and ceramic braces cost for two year treatment?

Q.
Hi,

I am on the NHS waiting list for orthognathic surgery but I have decided to have to braces part done privately. The whole process is expected to take 2 years, could you advise me as to how much lingual and cermamic braces are likely to cost for this period? I have tried ringing orthodontists but most seem too preoccupied to get me in for a £100 consultation rather than giving me an indication of price.

A.
That’s probably because complex cases such as your’s are very difficult to assess on the phone, these cases can take a long time to complete and as a result can work out quite expensive. as a guide though you should budget from £3500.

Probably not. It all depends on the case of the individual. For cosmetic reasons, expect tp pay. There is no harm in enquiring at a consultation with your dentist.
