How much extra would a temporary tooth add to the cost of treatment?
Q. Hi there, I know it costs £2000 for a single tooth implant. If I were to have a cheap temporary tooth while the implant healed until the final tooth is to be placed, roughly how much more, if any, would be added to the total cost?,
