Q. my 4 yr old son fell yesterday and knocked his top front tooth out, the one beside it is still in but is very loose and has ripped the gum(u can see the root) my dentist gave him the option to have it taken out or let it fall out on its own, he choose to leave it, how long would it usually take to fall out?? also the gum around where both teeth were are swollen and bruised looking.,
