How effective would an inman aligner be if I wore it for only 12-16 hours a day?
Q. I am interested in getting the Inman aligner but work in a professional environment and worry about how it will affect my speech. How effective would the aligner be if I only wear it about 12-16 hours a day??,
A. You really need to wear it at least 12-18 hours a day. I have had patients whose treatment has been successful at less than that but it will take longer. You may want to consider a differnet type of brace such as invisalign, it might be easier for you to wear.
