How do you complain to a doctor like this without seeming rude?

Q. Dear dr. this is my second attempt in asking a question, the last time i think i put in the wrong email address. my question is basically this. the other day i had a 5 tooth permanent bridge fitted, with sedation. on first glance before leaving the clinic it looked fine, however, since coming home i have noticed a couple of things that are wrong with it. i paid 3,000 pounds in total for my treatment, the dentist who performed all my treatment has 46 years experience and a good rep, how do you complain to a doctor like this without seeming rude? i obviously want him to correct the work. yours desperately

A. The dentist will want you to be happy so just outline exactly what you would like to change and I’m sure he will be more than happy to oblige. Patient happiness is always the most important thing.

Kind regards
