It is very difficult to answer this question without seeing you and your teeth. Generally if it is just the crown on top of the implant that has sheared, we can replace them quite simply. However, if the implant itself is not sound, this becomes slightly more difficult.

I would recommend that you see a dentist that does a lot of implant repair work as they will be able to give you a full treatment plan and quote.
