How can I hlpe my son who is having trouble swallowing after anchor fitted?

Q. my son has just had an anchor fitted on his top teeth at the back to stop them coming forward how can i treat this as he is finding it had to swallow as it is just above the tonuge will it ease,
A. It should ease but ask your dentist to take a look.
