How can I fix an abscess at home with raw tools

Q. How can I fix an abscess at home with raw tools around the house? Or how expensive would it be to get this big thing removed before I die?

A. Many thanks for your enquiry, obviously i would not recommend you perform any dentistry at home, my advice is seek the advice from a dentist, most offer free consultations and the maximum cost of an extraction would be £200. if this is not affordable i would ask you to seek the help for an emergency dentist by calling the NHS direct helpline.
