hi i have a decayed tooth in the top centre right

Q. Hi i have a decayed tooth in the top centre right of my mouth. very little of the tooth can be seen as it has came out from my jaw properly as it is fused to my jaw. it is a hereditary problem. my question is if this tooth causes no pain should it be removed and it would it be difficult to remove it? would a filling be the the only option as my dentist said a filling wouldnt be possible. please advise. thank you.

A.

Hi

It is very difficult to give you a diagnosis without looking at the mouth. It does sound like the tooth needs some form of treatment. I would consult your dentist and ask him that you are concerned about this tooth and what are the treatment options.
