Due to gum recession I have loose teeth please help.

Q. Dear mr Moore,im a 47yr old and i have got reeseeding gums ,,,, and just noticed 1 or 2 of my teeth are a bit loose please,please,what can do as i am terrified of loosing my teeth..please,please help-thank-you

A. Hello, I think you need to see your dentist as soon as possible and ask him y=to check your gums witha  view to seeing a hygienist or gum specialist.
