does sugar free soya milk cause decay to teeth
Q. Hello, I drink sugar free soya milk as I’m intolerant to cows milk but someone told me it’s really bad for teeth as it causes a lot of decay. Is this true? The type of soya milk I use is sugar free with added calcium. Also is herbal teas damaging to teeth? (eg peppermint tea) Thankyou
A. I haven’t heard anyhting about bad effects of soya milk to teeth especially if it is sugar free.
Herbal teas shouldn’t damage you teeth either unless the are slightly acidic. They can however cause quite a lot of staining
