A. children have 20 decidious teeth (baby teeth) they start to develop from 5 months old and continue to erupt until they are 36 months old. From the age of 5 onwards they will start to loose there baby teeth and should all be lost by approx the age of 13 years old. The adult teeth wil start to erupt from 5 years onwards.
