Despite being 61, can I have my teeth pushed back to stop them sticking out?

Q.
I always had front teeth sticking out but now I see they are coming forward more opening a gap. Is it possible to push the whole lot back. But do not laugh I am 61 years of age with all teeth intact. I psychologically suffer over this problem. Can you please help me?

A.
I have treated many people with invisalign for such a problem. Provided you have bone support around these teeth your age will not prevent me from moving your teeth into a better position

An invisible brace may work but often you need to have a fixed brace to move thee long rooted teeth
