Q. Hello- Last week whilst on a business trip in Croatia, I developed a very painful abscess. I needed urgent dental treatment to release the pressure so that I could take my flight home that same day …. I saw the Croatian dentist on the Friday morning and travelled home on Friday afternoon, still in a lot of pain. I went straight to my own dentist on Saturday morning where I was told that the Croatian Dentist drilled into the wrong tooth and now as a result, I need TWO root canal fillings. Do I have any rights here or any recall? Many thanks.
