Dear Dr Solanki, Do you do the Immediate implant placement? I am told by my brazilian dentist that I need to extract one of my tooth and that he recomended that I did the immediate implant placement called in portuguese’ implante com carga imediata.’ I can not afford to loose this tooth and will not return to Brazil in time to deal with his infected tooth. Sorry to bother you. i have a appointment here in Shreveport but wanted to ask you a ? i have horrible teeth. have had them since i was little. doesnt matter what i do they still get cav all the time. i am going in to see about getting veneers but not sure if they are really for my teeth or not. If i do have them put on would it be worth the money we are spending on them? thanks for you input,

Is it safe to use veneers to solve my bite problems?

Dear Dr. Moore, I am planning to have the veneers fitted mainly to improve to the wrong bite of my teeth. Is it safe to do or will the veneers keep braking and rapires be even more costly? My previous dentist has always advised me not to use the veneers. I am keen as I realise it will also improve my smile. Should I go ahead and have them fitted? I am 54 years old and keep dreaming of an improved bite and a smile. My bottom teeth are now begining to slide over the top teeth. I would appreciate your comments. Kind regards,

Is there another solution that avoids an operation as I am very scared?

I have braces on my upper teeth. Recently i went to the dentist and was told that i have a horizontal tooth in my gums, and there my permanent canine is above that. That is, my canine and the horizontal tooth are colliding due to which my canine cant come down. The dentist says thet i will have to have an attachment placed on my tooth to make it straight. Is there any other way to solve this problem as i am scared of operations.,
