I have absolutely no confidence to smile, I have always bee embarrassed but as i have gotten older it is causing health issues. I dont have dental insurance so what would be the best options for me to be able to smile, instead of putting my arm over my mouth to hide?? I’m 18 years old and I have had these peculiar two tiny black dots on my upper incisor since I could remember. I’ve been told by a non-professional that too much sugar consumption caused this, however I am not sure. I’ve tried whitening them but it didn’t work as I suspect it is ingrained deep into my tooth. What kind of cosmetic treatment could I have to remove these as I have had them for way too long now?

My front, upper teeth move backwards (inwards iinto my mouth), I guess its quite opposite to those who have their top teeth moving outwards. As I am a teacher, any type of braces would be inconvenient. Is there any type of surgery that would fix this problem or are there any other solutions? And what are the costs of this

I have 2 porcelain veneers to my front teeth and the tooth beside my front tooth is a crown – I would like to make them all a bit whiter is this possible or will this damage my exisitng crown and veneer.
I am 56 years of age and have had dentures since I was 21 I have been to the dentist today for a check up and to ask if my dentures could be relighned but was informed that it would be a waste of money as it would not make any improvement as I have no bone structure at all on my lower jaw and she suggested an inplant to reconstruct the jaw in order for me to wear dentures without them moving around my mouth but this would be at a cost of between £3,000 to £4,000 I cannot possibly afford this as I am on benefits. I am really depressed can you tell me anything different?
