Hi, My teeth are really crooked and i was wondering if theres anything else i can do besides braces. my front two teeth are not aligned where there supposed to be. i have one tooth in the middle because i still have one of the ‘vampire’ teeth on the right side. my bottom teeth dont need work because there already straight. i had a fixed brace at the age of 11 and then again at about 15. both times my teeth went back to the way they were even though i wore the retainer like asked. i was recently told by my dentist that this may have been due to them not removing enough teeth to make space. i’m now 24 years old and i hate my smile. i have searched around and saw that i can get braces on the nhs for £198. is this correct, and how do i find out more infomation? i dont want to pay thousands as it wasnt my fault enough teeth were not removed.,

My two front teeth are rather large and, due to sucking my thumb when i was a child, stick out slightly further than the rest of my teeth. My question is, if i had them re-aligned, would i also then need to get them filed down (if this is possible?) or would they just have to be removed from the start? Regards,
