top teeth are over crowded and front teeth stick out

I am 24 and my top teeth are extremly overcrowded and its ruining my life, my front tooth is much higher than the rest and sticks out a lot my dentist is not very symathetic and i find it really hard to talk about,i have a dental phobia and really need somabody to help i am a pretty girl and have overheard people say she is beautiful but shame about her teeth, it makes me so depressed,can you recommend treatment for me, i would like a full dental makeover ,but dont know if it is possible as my teeth are not in a straight line braces are not an option i could consider

I have had root canal treatment twice do I need an apicectomy

I have had a route canal done about 4 yrs ago, had to have it done twice as the nerve was not fully taken out 1st time. Have been experience pain in the same tooth which lasted 24hrs. I kept taking Paracetamol which has now killed the pain. Can you advice me what is best to do, i have been told that a route canal can not be done again and a procedure called apestime (excuse the spelling) is one of the ways forward where i would need to go to hospital. Is this true as i do not wish to loose my tooth?

I cracked my front tooth and and it has gone black

Hiya, when i was younger i cracked my front tooth on a corner of a table my dentist had to put a pin to hold in it place. Now however the tooth has gone black and is shorter than my other fron tooth. I find it difficult to smile and to communicate with other people. Im not sure what treatment would be best.

My 2 front teeth are crooked and goofy Inman Aligner

Hi, my front two teeth are very very crooked, one points foward like being goofy, and the other point back towards my throat, the bottom being behind the goofy tooth and bottom almost touching the tooth next to the goofy one. so the front two teeth look like they cross over each other. I,m 49 am i to old to have these straightened, i’m not concerned about wearing a brace

my porceline veneers have fallen off 10 times

I had porceline veneers on ten upper teeth approx 3 years ago. This was to improve very badly discoloured and uneven teeth. Over the last 3 years the veneers have fallen off on ten separate occassions. My dentist blames the “bonding process”. This is really inconvenient. I would now like these veneers replaced with whiter ones but need some reassurance that they will stay in place. Can you offer any advice please?

Can I have a dental implant after having a bridge fitted

Is it possible to get a dental implant even after having a dental bridge fitted? I had a bridge fitted to cover a single missing front tooth in january 2008 but I’m unhappy with the results. I’m also concerned that I may have left it too late as I’ve noticed that my gum tissue has receeded where the original tooth once was. Please could you advise?

My teeth are naturally yellow will tooth whitening work?

My teeth are yellow and have always been this colour since my adult teeth came through my son is eight and his adult teeth are coming through the same colour. I have always wanted whitening done but have been led to believe that it would not work as my teeth are naturaly this colour and not through staining.I do not have many photos of my self because of this problem and feel very embarised about it as i feel people think its because i dont brush my teeth and infact my teeth are ok and i have never had a problem with them or a filling. I would like to know if there is something that could change there colour and i am prepared to pay what ever the cost as i know it would change my life.
