I Need Braces To Open Up A Space For Dental Implants. Can Braces Be Placed Over A Maryland Bridge?

Hi there, I had braces as a child to open up space for my missing lateral incisors to be placed with dental implants when I was old enough, now I am 18 years old and have been told I will need braces once again as there is not enough space in the roots for dental implants, I am getting braces to open up roots space for dental implants for my missing laterals which are currently replaced with a Maryland bridge, can braces be placed over the bridge I have? Also what is the estimated time for the braces to open up a few mm of root space?

My Grinding Is Causing My Crown To Come Loose, What Kind Of Treatments Should I Consider?

I have previously had two replacement crowns in both front teeth from a young age. I later replaced one of them with a screw in crown. I have a problem with grinding my teeth as well. My dentist has suggested I have short teeth and should use a guard but I grind my teeth in the daytime so not sure how this would help? The other and main problem is my screwed in crown is receding due to the grinding apparently. It feels loose and is painful. There is no infection but I would like this replaced and have asked about a bridge, my dentist has said no because it would take to long to heal and I would need my healthy teeth removed. I am confused, do I need to wait until it falls out or can I seek alternative treatments?

After Doing Some Research On Veneers, I Want To Know If They Will Look Too Bulky?

I chipped my front tooth that had composite bonding. I was told to get 8 veneers. I have a slight overbite. I already had the prep work done and am on my 2nd dentist. I have the temporaries and there is a large space between the back of my top teeth and the front of my bottom teeth. You can stick your fingernail under them. I have been doing research online and saw if you have an overbite the veneers will look bulky. Is it too late to get composite bonding so I won’t have to worry?

Good afternoon.
How much does it cost to put crowns in for all teeth? Also how long its take to do that and is it possible to get this done on credit?
Is it there warranty for teeth or not?
I have a crown on my side teeth. Is it possible to change to new a one and can I have my own crowns on it as well? I want nice, white teeth like a Hollywood smile.
Or maybe you have a different way of doing this?
Also do you have an office in Sheffield? What kind of costs am I looking at to start to do that?

Hi, my son of 20 years grinds his teeth a lot. He visited the dentist last week and she has said he needs veneers on his four front teeth as their particularly small. I am quite worried as he seems so young. Is there something else they can do? It seems she did not really consult him with any other option. I am also concerned because it seems from reading about them that they do not last too long. Can his teeth not be crowned? Please help.

Hi
I recently closed my 3.5mm wide front teeth gap with Orthofill band it only took me almost 2 months but now I have gap in each side so I start wearing the band for the four front teeth but I know it will create another gap eventually. Some one advised me to do small wire bonding for my two front teeth so they don’t re-open back but I haven’t got a clue how much it would cost me and with the other gaps I have do you think doing bonding can be the solution and if it is what sort of price am I looking? I Have Chronic Periodontal Disease, Will All-On-Six Implants Stop The Disease In Future?

I have chronic periodontal disease and bone loss, and wonder if I can I have the all-on-6 implants, will they last or will they fail because of my problems and is it true once teeth are removed, so will the gum disease be removed? What problems can arise with the implants, how often do you have them removed for cleaning? Can you still get abscess with implants as I do with my teeth now, and is it the type of implant that makes them suitable for people like myself? Hello Dr Gambroudes! I really want to ask you a question. I’m a teenager and I have a broken tooth. It’s my first time that this has happened in my entire life. It hurts only sometimes when I eat, but not that often. I’m afraid to remove that bad part of the tooth from a dentist with those tools they use because I know it’s painful. Is there any home remedy or natural substance that with help me remove that part and then go to the dentist to fill it? Thanks a lot.

Hello, Dr Gambroudes, I have a number of questions for you. I’m really interested in getting veneers for my four top front teeth, they are slightly crooked and the front two have been repaired before after I cracked them at work. I’ve also had root canal treatment on one of the teeth beside the front two, will any of these repairs cause me not to be able to get veneers? My teeth are currently discoloured as well and I really want nice white teeth as I’m really embarrassed by them. Do you have any idea how much it would be for these?

Hello I Am Very Nervous When It Comes To Visiting The Dental Practice, Is There Anything That Can Be Done?

Hello,
I am a very nervous person about going to the dentist, I do not know what to do and would like some advice. I have a couple of teeth which have been knocked out and a few missing teeth, I also know I need fillings. I find eating certain foods difficult and I feel uneasy when I have to properly smile and I don’t feel confident when opening my mouth. My confidence of attending the dentist is very low, I do want to get treatment on my mouth but I am very nervous.
