Can you recommend a strong painkiller for toothache and gum swelling?

Q. Have terrible toothache and slight swelling on gum, can you recommend a strong painkiller as dentist cannot see me for 1 week.,
A. Phone your dentist again and asked to be seen you should not have to wait a week if you are in pain. Ibuprofen or paracetamol are good.
