Q. Hi Dr Solanki I’ve actually been to see you before and really loved how comfortable I was made to feel as I’ve always been frightened of the dentist ever since I was little. When I was a child I was registered with a not very good dentist who tried and tried to fill one of my front teeth, spread filling stuff all over the tooth next to it, and eventually ended up putting on a very bad and bulky veneer. I’m almost 30 now, and I want my front teeth sorting out… I hate having my photo taken, as when I smile, I feel like the veneer sticks out and is magnified by the fact that the filling is still all over the tooth next to it and is quite discoloured… Also my two very front teeth overlap slightly, and one of them has a tiny chip in it, but it all adds to the downfall of my smile! What would you recommend? I know it’s going to be expensive, and wondered what kind of finance options you offer? Like most people, I don’t have much money going spare, but feel it would be worth it to regain confidence in my smile. Thanks,
