can you have cosmetic dentistry through medical aid
Q. Hi there! I am a women and still young. I would just like to know can we the ordinary people on the street afford cosmetic dentistry and if you can do it through your medical aid. It is a dream of mine to just have a perfect smile to go with the smiles I am carrying in my heart. Please give me advice as to where to go and what to do? Thanking you in advance.
A. Unfortunately the NHS do not provide any kind of cosmetic treatment. NHS treatment is extremely basic and dentists that provide cosmetic and restorative dentistry have to have special training and should have better equipment and materials. Laboratory bills are also much more expensive for cosmetic treatment.
