Can you advise me on what to do next with my discoloured crowns?

Q. Hi Dr… My front upper 4 teeth were crowned (economy crown) last Nov 2009. Very soon it change its colour to off white with brown lines between teeth’s. & now its look so horrible & i feel shame to smile. Plz guide me what to do now. Is i have to replaced it with new crown or any method of polishing will work. Also tell me the which crown’s are best in quality, long life & not change its colour. Thanks,
A. It’s unusual for a crown to stain, Without taking a look it is difficilt to advise. There are a lot of different types of crowns available every patients needs are different depending on there bite etc. I am happy to take a look.
