Q. Hi,over the last 8-10 years my 2 upper front teeth have clearly protruded forward and it seems my teeth have become more crooked in general,i would like them staightened but there seems to be a vast array of braces to choose from. i am 39 years old and concerned whether braces work on an adult with much success,also 2 of my upper front teeth are noticeably smaller than the others,can you advise the best treatment to make these teeth the same as the others,thanks
