Can my dentist fill the medium sized hole in my tooth?

Q. hey there. I have a medium sized hole in my 46MO tooth. Some times when i eat it really hurts, i have when threw so many tube’s of bonjela , I dont want to get it removed i just want a filling in it . Do you think they will just fill a medium sized Hole. Thank you,
A. yes probably, go see a dentist ASAP
