Hi doctor kailesh solanki could you please help me in some way about 15 years ago I had a car accident and I lost most of my teeth I then went to a private dentist he then fitted me a bridge wich I done in italy at the time.everytime I was going for check up with a dentist when I came back to the uk in 1995 in time I was looseing my bottom teeth because I caught gum infections so in the end I ended up with 1 bottom tooth wich is loose and ive had to wear dentures for some years but they are not convtable to wear and I think I might be haveing some problems with my top teeth wich is a bridge.and goin to dentist are very expensive and I could only pay monthley installment I would be very gratefull if you could give me me some advise thankyou sokeeffe
