Dear Enquirer,
Generally reshaping, recontouring or changing mis-shaped teeth do not come under the NHS banner and will require cosmetic treatment.

David Says :

Hi could you help please? My girlfriend has teeth which are misshaped and stick out. She is 29 years old and her local dentist wouldn’t entertain her request to have them put right. Her look is causing her major mental health problems & confidence issues. Is there way to talk to someone else for a consultation who might be willing to perform surgery or something?

Many thanks
David
