Can I get veneers through the NHS or by interest-free installments?

I am 51 years old and have one false tooth denture, front bottom left and in the last six months gaps have started appearing between my teeth.
I desperately need to get some veneers done, unfortunately I am not working at present so need to either get these done free on the NHS or pay by interest free instalments.

Veneers are a great way of closing gaps between teeth, but unfortunately cosmetic veneers are probably out of the limits of the NHS.
