can Enamel decalcification white spots be removed
Q. Hi Just wanted to ask whether Enamel decalcification( White spots), after braces, can be removed? I feel very insecure about them, and had the braces removed over 5 years ago… Thank You

Hi many thanks for your enquiry, if the white spots are in the core of the enamel tooth tissue, your best option would be to have micro dentistry performed where the dentist will use micro burs to drill the white spot out and replace with a white filling. if this procedure is done well the results can be amazing and its a very minimal procedure.
