Q. hello, It’s been a week since my sinus lift. I went ot the doctor today and he said everything looked great. As I was driving home I couldn’t stop a sneeze. it was more contained, not violent or as a big as most. I feel some pressure in my sinus now. How would I know if the bone was dislodged ? Thanks!,
