Can air stain your teeth,
Q. Can air stain your teeth, because when my nose is stuffed I have to breathe through my mouth, the next day I have spots on my teeth that just won’t come off
A. No this is just dehydration of the enamel caused by mouth breathing. The spots go after a few hours or so
