Any advice on bridging to improve the state of teeth?

Q. Dear Dr Moore.My partner is at times get very upset at the state of her teeth she wears false teeth and have some permanent good teeth .We had quotations for bridging etc very costly we could afford treatment over long period of time dentests dont want to go down this road .My partner is a nurse here in Ireland .Can you help her or give her advice she is 58yrs .Thank you.,
A. Hello Philip I would try to find a local dentist who could offer you a payment plan so that the costs are spread over a longer period
