An extra tooth sits behind my front teeth, what do I do?

Q. Dear Dr, i writing to you in hope and desperation ! I have quite an unusual dental problem ( i think so anyway) i have what can only be described as an extra tooth my front two teeth are in place but the tooth to the right has grown behind them and is now about an inch behind them i can now feel/notice the one on the left doing so i hate it so much i rarely smile and find myself mumbling instead of speaking clearly as i am scared of someone noticing the tooth it is not seen unless i open my mouth wide but i live in constant fear of people noticing i am so embarresed i have not ever discussed this with my husband although i am sure he is aware of it!!!,
A. I’m not sure what this is but i’m sure it is easily fixed, especially if no one can see it, your dentist must be aware of it so ask him to give you some options
