An air pocket in my tooth is cauing nerve pain

Q. I am having nerve pain in one of my front teeth. An x ray revelled that my bone denstity is very low causing air pockets therefore pain. I was recommeneded extraction with a denture or implant. I am not sure what would be best. If my bone loss continues I am considering partial dentures but scared of looking older due to having not many teeth. Can you advise?

A. The description doesnt sound familiar,  I would need to do a clinical exam to help answer the questions. A copy of the xray would help but is not essential

If you would like to arrange a no obligation free clinical consultation ( XRAYS / study casts / photos are charged if needed) with a dentist contact me as below.  We are based in Central Birmingham a 2 minute walk from New St Rail Station. I am on holiday for 2 weeks but there are other highly experienced dentists at the pratice who can do this for you.
